If you've got a dirty sand bed, then this fish may be just what you're looking for. Orange Spot Gobies have more color than their sand sifting relative, the sleepter goby. These are generally hardy fish that make a great addition to community tanks.

Also known as the Orange Spot, or the Spotted Prawn Goby. Feeds on the small invertebrates and algae by sifting through sand and fine coral rubble. In the wild, it may form a symbiotic relationship with alpheid shrimp.

Usually docile, but may become territorial and fight with conspecies. Provide plenty of live rock for shelter, and a sand bed to help sustain its diet.

Diet should include mysis and brine shrimp, as well as other small chopped frozen seafoods. May accept high quality flake food or pellets.
