The Japanese Dragon is a voracious predator and tankmates should be chosen wisely or they may be consumed. This Eel is also known for finding small holes in the top of an aquarium and climbing out without an ability to get back in so make sure to have a secure top on your aquarium. The Hawaiian Dragon Eel is a showpiece specimen and the most sought after Eel in the aquarium hobby. It is rarely available so jump on an opportunity when it is in stock. This Eel is usually quick to eat and should be fed a wide variety of foods including Silversides, Squid and Krill.
