Shipping Methods:
During your order process you will have the opportunity
to choose from several shipping options. However, some of
our products require specific shipping methods. For
Example, Livestock items (fish and Invertebrates) must be
shipped via Fedex Priority in order to get them from our
tanks to yours in the shortest time possible. We have
had great success with our 'FLAT RATE $29.99 Fedex Priority'
shipping and absorb a good portion of the shipping costs
ourselves because our business depends upong healthy deliveries
and happy customers. When ordering livestock items, you
can expect that one of our shipping experts will call or
email you (whichever you prefer) in order to establish a
shipping date and time that is convenient for you.
Other items can be shipped via the range of Fedex or UPS
shipping options. When checking out, the website will
automatically notify you when certain items require certain
shipping types. All other items in your order can be shipped
using whatever method you choose. Items that require a specific
type of shipping will have shipping charges calculated on
the specific product, and the remaining items will have
shipping charges based on whatever shipping method you choose.
